On Thursday 1st March 2018 we will be performing planned maintenance work to improve the resilience of RM Unify in the light of recent issues.
During the maintenance window users may experience temporary issues accessing Office 365 from mail clients and devices. Access to Office 365 via a web browser will be unaffected. Users should not attempt to reconfigure their mail clients and devices, but may be prompted to re-enter their RM Unify password on some clients and devices.
We do not anticipate any impact to the performance, resilience or availability of RM Unify, nor to SSO into apps other than described above.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance process.
