On Saturday 23rd July 2022, we will be performing essential maintenance work which we anticipate will be completed no later than 11pm Sunday 24th July 2022.
RM Unify will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance work. This has the following effects on dependent services:
- SSO into M365 will not be possible unless a device session is already established and valid for the duration of the window - SSO into Google Web UI will not be possible * - SSO via RM Unify into other RM apps (see below) and third-party apps (e.g. Satchel One) will not be possible - RM Integris (customers who login directly to RM Integris will be unaffected) - RM Parent Portal - RM Trust Analytics - RM Finance - RM Easimaths (customers who login directly to RM Easimaths will be unaffected) - RM People Directory - RM SafetyNet: Admin UI, Captive Portal via RM Unify, SafetyNet GO via RM Unify - SSL Connect - User updates including password changes from AD Sync, Network User Provisioning and MIS Sync will be paused - User updates from RM Unify to Network User Provisioning will be paused - User updates from Integris will be paused - User updates from RM Unify into all provisioning apps will be paused - RM Unify Graph API will not be available (affects apps with Graph API integration) - RM Unify App Provisioning API will not be available (affects apps with Provisioning API integration)
* SSO into Google for Chromebooks and other Google device apps will continue to function
